Ireland's only complete event for FM professionals

Every business, from sole trader to multinational corporation, requires facilities. Nothing happens without them. For practical, safety, financial and image reasons, every element, inside and out, has to be designed, managed and maintained with the business' aims and needs in mind. And that's where you come in.
Launched to great acclaim in 2009, Facilities Management Ireland (FMI) is fast establishing itself as the country's leading event for directors and managers responsible for retail, industrial, commercial, residential facilities and public buildings. Exhibiting at this year's event is your perfect opportunity to meet and network with visitors, and help them design and run their facility efficiently, safely and sustainably.

FM Ireland develops to deliver you more…

The feed back from both visitors an exhibitors on the inaugural event held earlier this year, was that FM Ireland was a success delivering a quality audience of buyers with whom exhibitors could network, forge business relationships and secure orders.

To ensure that FM Ireland develops in line with the needs of the market, we are pleased to announce some significant changes to the event’s structure, focus and marketing that will ensure that exhibitors receive more contacts and greater value than ever.

Key developments include:

  • Branding of ‘Themes’ within FM Ireland to give more relevance to the event’s different target audiences and deliver more active buyers for exhibitors
  • Increased marketing reach through the use of vertical campaigns to enhance that of the overall event
  • Greater exposure for exhibitors throughout the marketing cycle and at the event to ensure maximum exposure and a greater return on investment
  • More content for attendees delivered within the exhibition area to increase relevance and integration of all participants
  • Networking and social functions to give additional exposure to relevant customer groups

As a direct result of the success achieved at the first FM Ireland and the developments highlighted in this brochure, FM Ireland is pleased to have the continued support of leading companies including; ISS, Shred- IT, and Dyno-Secure.

Quality visitors, real needs
In response to feedback from visitors and exhibitors, FMI will move into the Main Hall at the RDS in 2010. This will allow us to bring the Conference physically closer to the Exhibition: two of the Conference rooms will actually be within the hall itself, so delegates have to walk right through the Exhibition to reach them. Combined with the five colour-coded categories and the 'clusters' around the Advice Clinics, we're confident this will deliver more prospects and create a more integrated event.

Total FM coverage
Hosted by our supporting organisations and free to attend, the conference comprises multi-disciplinary sessions presenting the latest information and to address the issues affecting those responsible for making working environments.

Key themes addressed will include:
• Security
• Cleaning and waste management
• Health & Safety
• Software and IT
• Office Planning
• Maintenance
• HEVAC
• Sustainability and environmental issues
• Legislation

Exhibitors wishing to present a paper should submit an abstract detailing the key
points for consideration via email to chrissyfollis@stepex.com
